Selling our rental was our first experience selling a home and we truly didn't know what to expect. Mary came alongside us and made the entire process seamless and so much easier than I expected. When we decided to sell the home we had renters living in it and Mary was instrumental in assisting us with making the process easy for us and our renters, even helping us find an attorney who could ensure that everything was done "by the book" protecting both us and our renters. What I appreciated the most was how closely Mary worked with our renters to show the property without inconveniencing them. We wanted to be sensitive to the fact that our renters were still living in the property and Mary took the lead, working directly with them to coordinate showings during times that worked best for them. It seemed like Mary was one step ahead of us the entire process and every time something came up that I thought "I need to do this or that", Mary had already taken care of it. It was clear that her focus and passion was making sure our goals for the sale of this house were met. From her communication, friendliness, patience and professionalism, Mary was outstanding from start to finish. I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
