Once upon a time as a child, I recall playing with a box that I used for a desk and a block for my calculator. I would pretend to be a Realtor and sell homes to my imaginary customers…Fast forward to grown up me, and since the early 90s, I have assisted countless families to help them realize their new home dreams all over Chicagoland. This involved guiding them with all facets of the buying and building process. From choice of floor plan and homesite selection, to structural and design decisions, we worked as a team all the way to closing! On a personal note, I graduated from business school at Western Carolina University in North Carolina with a BSBA in Marketing as well as Personal Finance. Although, I had also considered studying Interior Design! My journey eventually led me to Northern Illinois after following my college sweetheart, Jim Hoffman, back to his family home. Today, we have three amazing daughters ages 20, 18 and 13. In my spare time, I enjoy walking in forest preserves, riding scooters around my neighborhood where I serve as a member of the social committee, and serving in hospitality at church.
